Send Post Cards to Julie...not trading cards!

Julie enjoys getting your letters and postcards...

...but please, don't send in trading cards! Julie can not autograph or return "Star Trek," "Twilight Zone," "My Living Doll" etc. cards.

The manufacturer asked her to sign a bunch, and that's that. It compromises the integrity of these as "collectors items" to sign more of them.

If you're looking for one of these surprise "signed cards," which were randomly inserted into the packs along with the regular trading cards, check your local comic book or memorabilia shop, or eBay.

Sadly, dealers flood celebrity mail boxes with items that they only want signed so they can re-sell. The actual sale of celebrity addresses has quadrupled the volume of mail most stars receive. It means that a lot of mail (even with SASE - self addressed stamped envelope enclosed) doesn't get through.

So please, deck the halls with trading cards...but don't send them to Julie!

Julie's in a Huff!

The new release via Life Magazine's website of great Julie pix has been picked up by the Huffington Post.

HuffPo is all GungHo about the StuJo (Stupefyin' Jones) pix...and the others, too.

HuffPo is one of the web's biggest sites which means that the Julie pix have gotten an exhausting number of delerious comments. It's interesting to read commments from the casual observer with suddenly popped eyes ("Wow they sure don't make too many women who look like THAT anymore") and to also see how Julie's pix have jogged a lot of happy memories ("My Living Doll was a favorite show of mine...")

"Behold, ladies and gentlemen....the Perfect Woman. (then and now) We love you, Julie!"

"When I see pictures of actresses like Julie Newmar, I marvel at how far were have deviated from the true female form in our culture. The stick thin, flat chested, narrow hipped, boy like creatures of fashion today are barely female."

"Shakespeare said it best, "Oh, brave new world, that has such people in it".
